SHIPPING POLICIES: I normally try to ship once a week, usually on Mondays (more often if I have the time). I no longer ship any items first class in the USA. All items will be sent flat rate Priority with delivery confirmation due to some items getting lost in the mail.
I've had to change my policies due to hours of operation. I get too far behind on preparing hair trying to ship everyday. I need to get more organized to be more efficient for you.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ
Due to items taking so long to get to other countries, or not showing up at all, I've had to change my international policies.
INTERNATIONAL: I have always sent items first class international, but due to orders getting lost in the mail, or customs, especially going to the UK, Brazil, and Spain. All international orders will be required to have all items sent registered mail which will cost $11.75 on top of the regular mail cost. I can register first class international.
NO EXCEPTIONS
Express mail or Global is the only other ways it can be tracked. These can both be insured. Priority can also be insured. Price includes insurance at check out.

INSURANCE POLICY: I always offer insurance (USA), but it is your choice. If your hair doesn't make it there, and you did not purchase insurance, I'm sorry, but I am not responsible once it leaves the postal service.
USA: I will split the cost for shipping if you spend $60.00 or more.
INTERNATIONAL: I will split the cost of registered mail (sent first class) with you if you spend at least $70.00 (all on one purchase. So you will save about $5.00. **This is for first class international only.**
