SHIPPING POLICIES: I will be shipping once a week, normally on Mondays (more often if I have the time). I always ship first class with delivery confirmation (USA). You are welcome to upgrade to priority. The cost will be $5.00. I always include delivery confirmation which can be checked to ensure you that I have sent your item and ensures me that you have received it.
I've had to change my policies due to hours of operation. I get too far behind on preparing hair trying to ship everyday. I need to get more organized to be more efficient for you.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ
Due to items taking so long to get to other countries, or not showing up at all, I've had to change my international policies.
INTERNATIONAL: I have always sent items first class international, but due to orders getting lost in the mail, or customs, especially going to the UK, and Spain. All international orders will be required to have all items sent registered mail which will cost $12.00 on top of the regular mail cost. I can register first class international.
Express mail or Global is the only other ways it can be tracked. These can both be insured. Priority can also be insured. Price includes insurance at check out.

INSURANCE POLICY: I always offer insurance (USA), but it is your choice. If your hair doesn't make it there, and you did not purchase insurance, I'm sorry, but I am not responsible once it leaves the postal service.
