Every now and then when I see someone in need I try to give what I can. The last time was for help for the Japan devastation. I raffled off some Angora mohair for donations.
Every month I am going to pick a cause or someone who desperately needs help and raffle off Angora mohair to get donations.

HELP FOR BRIAN
Brian is the son of one of my customers which is also a dear friend of mine. He, as a lot of people are, has been out of work for 5 years and is on disability and has no medical insurance due to extenuating circumstances of his leaving his profession. His family is low income and having trouble coming up with the money to take him to doctors appointments, buy medicines, treatments, every day living expenses, etc. He has put his life in danger for many years to help others in need. This man deserves and needs OUR help. He is only 38 years old and has a beautiful young daughter. I can only imagine how devastated she will be if the cancer takes his life.
If you've ever been in need, not knowing where the next $ is going to come from, especially when you need medical attention, or even food, you know how helpless you feel.
I know there's an extreme amount of people who need help worldwide, and I wish we could help them all somehow, but if we can at least help one person at a time whenever possible.
If you have even an extra $1.00 or any amount, PLEASE help. $4.00 will buy a gallon of gas to help get him a couple trips to the doctor. Every little bit helps.
